David came to Houston from the Alberta Canada area where he played youth AA hockey. Upon landing in Houston, and with a passion for the game, David made a commitment to coach High School and elite level players. From 2001 to 2006, he coached the Cy-Fair High School team. He joined the Hitmen program and served as a Midget Minor/Major head coach from 2006 to 2010. He also served as the head coach of the Kingwood High School team in 2010.
He returned to the Hitmen to serve as our Head Coach for our U14 Bantam team in 2011 and in the 2012-13 season.
David is a level 4 certified USAH Coach.
